Empowering Returning Citizens to Thrive, Not Just Survive
Vital Signs Re-entry was founded by Lee Robbins in 2009. Lee better understood the plight of "Returning Citizens," (ex-offenders in the eyes of society) after life coaching several returned citizens in Phillips Transitional Center.
He was stirred in his heart to help prisoners and their families thrive, not just survive, through the transition process. He wanted to teach them that God values them and to equip them with the essential necessities they would need to successfully transition back into society.

Safe, Structured Sanctuary
Zero-tolerance for illicit drugs or violence, mandatory curfews, chore rotations, and shared family-style meals. Structure breeds peace and restores healthy daily habits.
Self-Sufficiency & Dignity
We don't create dependency. Within 90 days, 89% of our residents secure legitimate, living-wage employment, establish emergency savings, and repair credit history.
Spiritual & Emotional Restoration
Rebuilding broken family bridges, overcoming unresolved trauma, and establishing a lasting spiritual anchor that sustains our residents through everyday life pressures.
